ORDERING INFORMATION:
When placing an order, please provide the following information:

- Contact name
- Billing address and delivery address
- Daytime telephone number
- Item # and quantity
You may FAX, email, or phone in your order. For your convenience, our price list may be downloaded for your reference. Click to Download Retail Price List.
There is no minimum order.
SHIPPING
Shipment will be made by manner requested. If specific instructions are not given, we will ship with UPS Ground Service.
Shipping Charges for UPS Ground Service are as follows:
8% of Total Order
Minimum Shipping Charge: $20.00
Maximum Shipping Charge: $50.00
DAMAGES
Please check the merchandise carefully upon receipt of your order. All claims concerning damage and/or shipping errors must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Should you receive a shipment with obvious damage, refuse the shipment and notify us immediately.
RETURNS
We guarantee that you will be completely satisfied with our product, or you may return it via insured UPS or insured US Mail. No credit can be issued if the returned items are not received in a resalable condition.
CREDIT
All initial orders will be sent COD or prepaid. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Card. Net 30-day accounts are available with approved credit. A credit application is available upon request. Please allow 30 days for the credit verification process.
